Mack Solarflare hates his life; he’s a mid-level garbage technician with two kids and a wife with a gambling problem. He once felt destined for greatness; now he works in the Waste Management Division on the Death Star – but when he discovers his son Kessel has Jedi powers, Mack agrees to spy on the Empire in exchange for Kessel’s Jedi training.



Bio:

Mike was born and raised in Salem, Oregon and earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Florida. While working as an engineer Mike began writing screenplays as well as making short films and documentaries. He’s lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest, Florida and the Grand Canyon. Small Moon, Mike’s one-hour television pilot, and his Dexter spec have been finalists in several script competitions. Mike currently resides in Hermosa Beach, California with his wife and son.
